Injection Mold Technician Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Plastic Injection Molding experience required
- Experience with Mold Design Basics, Tooling, Setups, Plastic Materials Etc required
- Lead or Supervisor experience preferred
- Experience with Troubleshoot Molding/Tooling/Equipment, Changeovers, or Maintenance/Repairs preferred
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings preferred

Injection Mold Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves operating plastic injection molding equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment producing air-care and fragrance products
- Responsibilities include mold setup, machine startup, changeovers, process adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain quality and output
- Additional duties include basic maintenance, running production and sample jobs, inspecting parts, and maintaining documentation
- Work is performed using automated equipment to produce plastic components and finished products
