Licensed Texas EO for a steady, long-term service role
About us
Ninety9 Title is a small in-house title company in Plano supporting Ninety9 Capital, a real estate investment firm, plus a select group of realtor relationships. We close 2-3 residential transactions a month from our in-house deal flow, plus additional monthly closings from a small network of established realtors. We're adding a part-time escrow officer to run these closings on a stable, long-term basis.
The role
Run closings for our in-house transactions and for a small book of established realtor relationships (currently 1 realtor consistently bringing in a closing a month, scalable to 3-5 with the right person). This is a service role — the realtors are people we've built relationships with over years, and continuity matters. We're not looking to switch officers every year. If that's not the seat you want, this isn't the right role.
What you'll own
- End-to-end closings for Ninety9 Title's in-house and realtor-referred transactions (roughly 3-6/month once scaled)
- Realtor-facing communication and service delivery on our behalf
- Curative work, title clearance, funding coordination
Who we're looking for
- Licensed Texas Escrow Officer, 10+ years operational experience
- Someone in a stable life stage — semi-retired, current EO at a larger firm looking for supplemental income, or a career EO who wants a focused part-time seat without the corporate volume grind
- Committed to being in this role for the long haul
- Service-oriented mindset — the realtors we send you will be treated as core clients
Compensation
- Same commission structure whether the closing is in-house or realtor-referred
- Realistic total comp: $2,100 – $4,200/month at 3-6 closings/month, plus retainer
Logistics
- Hybrid: work from home, come into our Plano office for closings only
- Estimated 15-25 hours per week
- 5000 Legacy Drive, Plano TX (for closings)
- Start: as soon as the right candidate is identified
Pay: $2,100.00 - $4,200.00 per month
