Sales Representative – Roofing & Storm Restoration
Dallas, TX | 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based

Our client, a growing roofing and storm restoration company serving North Dallas communities, is seeking Sales Representatives to generate new business, build relationships with homeowners, and help customers through the restoration process.
This is a field-based sales role offering flexibility, ongoing training, and significant income potential for self-starters who are willing to put in the work.
Compensation
- $500/week training stipend during initial training
- Commission-only compensation after training
- Average representatives currently earn approximately $10,000–$15,000 per month
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more
- Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed
- Commissions are paid as projects are completed and funds are collected
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and property owners
- Conduct roof inspections
- Present solutions and secure signed agreements
- Assist customers through the insurance restoration process when appropriate
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships within the communities you serve
What We're Looking For
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable with field prospecting, including neighborhood canvassing and door knocking when appropriate
No Roofing Experience Required

Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible schedule with significant autonomy
- Primarily field-based position
- Typical hours are approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Some evening and weekend appointments may be required
