Karma Asian Fusion is expanding our leadership team and seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and uphold our high standards of service. With nearly two decades in business, Karma is known for quality, consistency, and strong community presence.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Hire, train, and manage staff performance.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food execution.
- Support marketing and community outreach efforts.
- Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.
- Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
What You Bring
- Experience in restaurant management; fine dining preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary operations and kitchen coordination.
- Leadership skills with a hospitality‑driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
