We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our operational strategies and initiatives. This executive role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the seamless execution of our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel operations management and a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to optimize operational performance aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and organizational culture.
- Oversee daily operations management across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and strengthening client relationships.
- Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational growth and sustainability.
- Lead senior leadership teams in project management, program development, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise management teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in leading senior leadership teams and managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and their application within complex organizations.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of supervising diverse teams and driving organizational growth.
- Experience in business development activities that expand organizational reach and revenue streams.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate vision, motivate teams, and collaborate effectively across departments.
