Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate batching equipment and machinery to accurately measure, mix, and process raw materials according to specified formulations and procedures
- Follow strict protocols related to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance (such as CGMP standards) and chemical handling safety guidelines
- Monitor process parameters throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and consistency
- Handle industrial chemicals with care, utilizing proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as respiratory protection and adhering to safety regulations
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal standards
- Assist with materials handling tasks including warehouse organization, packaging, and inventory management
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments, particularly within pharmaceutical or chemical industries
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards
- Hands-on laboratory experience or laboratory skills related to chemical analysis or quality control testing is preferred
- Experience operating industrial machinery such as mixers, reactors, or machining tools is advantageous
- Warehouse experience including materials handling, forklift operation certification, or inventory management is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures involving chemical agents and the use of PPE such as respiratory protection equipment
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
