Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care
- Perform molar root canals (required)
- Diagnose and present treatment plans effectively
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license in good standing
- Proficiency and confidence in performing molar root canals (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
