The position of Aesthetician/Laser Technician will provide patient care and treatment for:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Skin Resurfacing
- Body Contouring
- IPL
- Medical Grade Chemical Peels
- Scar Revision
- Medical Grade Skin Care
- Product Sales
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or higher
- Must be licensed by the state of Arizona as an Aesthetician, Laser Technician
- Minimum of 2 Years in a Medical Spa or Medical Office
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient in body contouring devices by various manufacturers, Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, IPL, and laser hair removal
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to develop rapport with patients, and maintain confidentiality
- Team-player willing to work hard to reach practice goals
- Excellent at educating patients on aftercare and recommending additional treatments based on patient needs
- Sales experience required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine patient goals pertaining to skin and body, recommend treatments and products to meet patient needs, and write treatment plans
- Conduct consultations with patients for face and body
- Before/after photos required on every patient
- Seeks advice and supervision of physician
- Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Thorough and detailed charting documentation to protocol per standards set by Medical Director
- Controls inventory of items in provider room
- Work with reps to ensure device compliance and order supplies
- Meets and exceeds monthly financial goals
- Provide excellent outcomes for every patient every time
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and rebook for additional treatments
- Stay current in the aesthetic field by participating in seminars, educational opportunities and reading current data on trends and treatments

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
