As a Barista at CAPPUTAN, you’ll be more than just a coffee maker—you’ll be a key part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting delicious coffee beverages and ensuring every cup meets our high standards.
- Providing friendly, prompt, and attentive customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Taking customer orders accurately and handling transactions efficiently.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
We’re searching for a candidate with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
