Roofing Insurance Supplement Specialist (Xactimate Preferred)
About Elite Roofing & Restoration
Elite Roofing & Restoration is a growing, BBB Accredited roofing and exterior restoration company specializing in insurance restoration. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Insurance Supplement Specialist & Claims Coordinator to help manage insurance claims from start to finish.
This position is responsible for preparing and submitting insurance supplements, maintaining organized claim files, documenting claim activity, assigning workflow tasks, and ensuring every claim continues moving through the production process. While there will be some customer communication, this is primarily an administrative and insurance supplement role.

Responsibilities
- Review insurance estimates and identify missing or underpaid items.
- Prepare and submit insurance claim supplements.
- Submit supporting documentation including photos, invoices, code documentation, and manufacturer information.
- Start new insurance claims when necessary.
- Obtain carrier estimates and claim documentation.
- Follow up with insurance adjusters regarding pending supplements.
- Upload estimates, correspondence, approvals, and supporting documentation into JobNimbus.
- Enter detailed notes after every phone call, email, or claim activity.
- Create, assign, and update JobNimbus tasks to ensure every claim continues moving through the proper workflow.
- Monitor active claims to ensure no files, supplements, or follow-ups are overlooked.
- Submit Certificates of Insurance and other required documents.
- Check and respond to claim-related emails and voicemails.
- Provide customers with occasional claim updates when needed.
- Work closely with company owners, inspectors, project managers, and sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with roofing or exterior insurance claims preferred.
- Experience preparing insurance supplements.
- Working knowledge of Xactimate preferred.
- Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple active claim files simultaneously.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with JobNimbus is preferred.
- Experience with Xactimate is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Schedule
- $45,000–$52,000 per year, based on experience.
- Performance-based commission opportunities.
- Full-time position.
- Approximately 35 hours per week.
- Monday through Friday.
- Hybrid/remote work opportunities may be available after training based on performance.
