The Studio Academy of Beauty, Arizona’s premier beauty school with over 17 years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic Campus Director to lead one of our thriving campuses. If you have experience in school operations, team leadership, and regulatory compliance, and you’re ready to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals; we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As Campus Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus operations, including:
- Leading day-to-day administration, staff supervision, and student engagement
- Managing full P&L to ensure financial performance and operational efficiency
- Driving key metrics including enrollments, starts, retention, attendance, and licensure
- Coaching and developing your team to deliver top-tier education and customer service
- Ensuring excellence in classroom and clinic floor operations
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory bodies (DOE, State Board, NACCAS)
- Managing inventory, facility maintenance, and school documentation
- Collaborating with ownership and department heads to meet school goals
- Representing the school at recruitment and professional development events
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Active Arizona Cosmetology License
- 2+ years in higher education management, ideally within a proprietary institution
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Title IV funding, accreditation standards, and compliance procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing facility operations and school inventory
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, student-centered environment
- Flexibility to travel domestically as needed
