We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Employees to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring high standards of service and food quality. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Part time 2-3 days. Full time as well 4-6 days. Must be 16 years or older.
Duties
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Handling cooking guest food accurately
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
