Position Details:
- Class: 3-year-olds
- Schedule: 8:00 a.m - 12:15 p.m. 5-days a week
- Start Date: August 25, 2026
- Location: La Escuelita Weekday School, 2701 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209
Qualifications:
- Warm, patient, and responsive to children’s needs
- Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented
- Spanish and/or English fluency required; bilingual preferred
- Early childhood coursework or credentials are a plus
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 2–5) in a classroom or childcare setting preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development
- Collaborating with co-teachers and families
- Following a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum
