Overview:
As a Project Manager you will assist in ensuring that daily operations of the project are running successfully and providing support throughout the entire process to guarantee a good customer experience.
Provide construction project assistance and administrative assistance to the Project Manager. Frequent independent judgements are required.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid U.S Green Card.
- Koziatek Contracting is not able to sponsor visas.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have a background in residential roofing.
- Knowledge and ability to investigate and perform roof repairs without supervision.
- Understand verbal and written instructions, basic math, and safety skills.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends, if required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in St. Louis and the surrounding area.
- Capable of operating equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 75 lbs. as needed.
- May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend.
- Climbing and operating on ladders.
- Work up to 12-hour shifts, if necessary.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, dust, noise, and cold.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular jobsite cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining an organized set of supplies and equipment.
- Consistently keeps a clean, well-maintained, and organized work area.
- Always complies with all safety requirements.
- Comply with all company policies and safety practices.
- Work productively as a member of the team.
- Ensure equipment/materials are returned or reused at the jobsite.
- Check quality and inspect jobsite.
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment required for the job.
- Oversee daily tasks and manage multiple subcontractors on various projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction project.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

- The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25-$35/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs and other considerations permitted by law.
