Summary
The Banquets & Events Manager will work in tandem with the Special Events and Membership Director to plan and execute all Club and private events. While collaboration is essential for every event, this position will serve as the primary lead for Club-sponsored events from concept and planning to flawless execution. This includes managing every detail, such as linen and table settings, floral arrangements, entertainment, and overall event flow, to ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and their guests.
The Banquets & Events Manager must master the Club’s event management software, ReServe (within the ClubEssential platform), as all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event details will be generated and communicated through this system. This role is highly detail-oriented, member-focused, and requires the ability to work across departments to deliver events that meet and exceed expectations.

The Banquets & Events Manager will also be an active participant in weekly Food & Beverage meetings, ensuring timely communication of all event details to relevant departments.
