Array South Property Management is seeking a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team at our multi family community located in Gulf Breeze, FL. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, comfortable working outdoors, and understands that first impressions matter.

Position Details
The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of our apartment community.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Maintain clean and attractive grounds throughout the property.
- Pick up litter and debris throughout the community.
- Assist maintenance crew with Valet Trash pickup each morning.
- Empty and properly dispose of trash receptacles and pet stations.
- Blow & powerwash sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas.
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds.
- Weed flower beds and landscaped areas.
- Water plants, flowers, shrubs, and newly installed landscaping as needed.
- Trim shrubs, bushes, and small trees.
- Plant seasonal flowers and maintain landscape beds.
- Assist with mulch installation and landscape improvements.
- Monitor irrigation systems and report issues.
- Clean and maintain amenity areas, including the pool, pool lounge, resident lounge, bathrooms, fitness center, pet park, walking trails, and retention pond.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, breezeways, and building exterior as needed.
- Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.
- Report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain company equipment and tools in clean working order while keeping the storage space clean and organized.
- Conduct professional behavior on-site and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the property consistently presents a welcoming appearance for residents and prospective tenants.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the work day.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in the safe and proper operation of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge on how to operate general tools for landscaping.
- Positive Attitude and professional appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
