Job Summary - Littleton’s Bakery at North Market is seeking a person interested in learning more about the bakery at Littleton’s Market, functioning in a duel role as delivery driver/packer and production team member. The Delivery Driver/Packer/Production Team Member will work closely with other members of the bakery team to learn about bread production and meet the needs of our customers. This is a physically active position with the opportunity to work independently and in concert with the team. The position has a 3am start time.
Responsibilities:
- Slicing and Packaging all breads
- Properly labeling baked goods
- Staging out bread deliveries by location per pick sheets
- Completing invoice sheets
- Delivering and staging baked goods for Littleton's Market
- Dividing dough by hand and with dough divider
- Folding dough
- Pre-shaping and final shaping of various doughs
- Taking temperature of doughs
- Panning dough and staging racks after completing
Cleaning and sanitizing work area and tools

Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Detail Oriented
- Collaborate with other team members
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well in/enjoys fast paced work environment
- Able to be on their feet, standing, twisting etc. throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
