- Demonstrate strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
- Develop, implement, train on, and oversee behavioral and skills-based support and intervention plans.
- Maintain effective data collection systems, including data analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and prepare individual and program-specific reports and documentation.
- Support daily operations within behavior service areas to promote program growth and service expansion.
- Utilize clear and effective communication to ensure coordination and collaboration among team members, while providing leadership within the Behavior Services Department.
- Participate in training initiatives and professional development activities.
- Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related human services field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required (or imminent completion for Behavior Specialist candidates).
- New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the human services field preferred.
