Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our plating facility during the evening shift from 5 PM to 1 AM. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will help optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across our facility. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on plating equipment.
- Assist Maintenance personnel in repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting of equipment problems and work with other employees to solve equipment malfunction problems.
- Assist and perform repairs on equipment and building and setting up of new equipment.
- Read technical schematics and mechanical drawings to facilitate precise repairs and installations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending upgrades or modifications.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing facility maintenance or industrial mechanic roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management.
- Experience working with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
