Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with Certification by DMHA as a Certified Peer = $17.50/hour
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with NO Certification = $16/hour

Support individuals experiencing acute crisis in person and by phone
Build rapport using lived experience
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
High School Diploma or GED required
Certification preferred; eligibility required.
To be considered certified, must have either:
Indiana Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP-DMHA), or
Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC-A or CPRC – ICAADA)
