Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week hospital assignment in Spokane, WA. This role focuses on adult inpatient discharge planning, care coordination, psychosocial assessments, and connecting patients with community resources while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
- Active Washington LCSW license
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Hospital or acute care experience preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
