Duties
- Lead engaging swim lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced, ensuring safety and skill development.
- Supervise the pool deck during lessons, maintaining a vigilant watch over all participants to uphold safety standards.
- Enforce pool rules and behavior management policies to create a respectful and secure environment for children and adults alike.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to maintain cleanliness, organization of equipment, and adherence to health club or gym standards.
Experience
- Prior swimming experience
- Proven ability to work with children
- Familiarity with swimming techniques, water safety protocols, and basic first aid procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate students while maintaining a safe environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
