Do you enjoy caring for children and want an opportunity to begin a rewarding career? New Beeginnings Learning Academy is hiring two caring, dependable and flexible Entry-Level Floater Teachers to join our growing team as soon as possible.
No previous childcare experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, accept guidance and bring a positive attitude to work each day. Floater Educators support assigned classrooms based on daily staffing and enrollment needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, nurturing care while actively supervising children
- Support assigned classrooms as needed based on staffing, enrollment and operational needs
- Assist with classroom routines, learning activities and children’s daily care
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with children, families and team members
- Follow all Tennessee DHS requirements, NBLA policies, health and safety procedures, and required training.
Experience
- No previous childcare or classroom experience is required
- Experience caring for children through family, babysitting, church or volunteer activities is welcomed but not required
- Willingness to learn childcare routines, safety practices and age-appropriate care
- Willingness to complete all required training and accept coaching
- Dependable, caring and comfortable supporting different classrooms as needed.
