We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound call backs to follow up with customers and address their needs.
- Utilize effective communication etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our office software systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assist in efforts in person by identifying opportunities to promote products or services during interactions.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers when meeting with them.

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong language etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using office software and computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions to the customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly so we can maintain our relationship.
