Are you the person in the room who keeps every trade on the same page? We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to quarterback MEP coordination from design through construction — running clash meetings, resolving conflicts across plumbing, electrical, fire protection, structural, and architectural systems, and keeping projects on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination meetings and drive resolutions across trades
- Run clash detection and manage coordination in Navisworks
- Model and coordinate in Revit/AutoCAD
- Keep teams organized, accountable, and on deadline
- Communicate clearly — including with the tough personalities every jobsite has
What you bring:
- 5+ years of BIM/MEP coordination experience (construction management or subcontractor background a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural systems
- Revit & Navisworks experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- A calm, organized, collaborative approach under pressure
