Kingdom Divine is expanding in Albuquerque and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Campaign Manager.
In this role, you'll receive hands-on training while working directly with nonprofit outreach campaigns throughout the Albuquerque area. You'll learn how campaigns are executed from the ground up, including public engagement, campaign messaging, event operations, and day-to-day performance.
This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training, designed for individuals who want to build professional experience and develop into greater responsibilities over time.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Work directly with nonprofit campaigns at local events and outreach locations
- Learn campaign goals, messaging, and program information
- Engage with members of the public and communicate campaign initiatives
- Answer questions and help individuals understand ways to participate or provide support
- Assist with event setup, materials, and daily campaign operations
- Track activity and contribute toward campaign objectives
- Work alongside experienced team members to improve communication and presentation skills
- Develop the skills needed to take on additional campaign and team responsibilities

Training & Growth
New team members receive paid training covering campaign operations, nonprofit programs, public communication, event execution, and performance expectations.
As you gain experience and demonstrate proficiency in the role, you'll have the opportunity to learn additional areas such as campaign planning, team training, event leadership, and campaign management.
