Automotive Technician (A / B Tech)

Compensation range: $73K-$141K annually
BMW of Southampton is seeking an experienced Upper-Level Technician (A or B) to join our service team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can handle advanced diagnostics and repairs in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while meeting BMW quality standards
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings and recommendations
- Maintain productivity and a clean, safe work area
Qualifications
- A or B Level Technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- BMW experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
- Ability to work independently and produce quality work
- Valid driver’s license
- NYS Inspection License a plus
