What You'll Do
As a Boat Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right boat for their lifestyle while building long-term relationships that extend well beyond the sale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide customers through the boat-buying process from first contact through delivery
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Demonstrate boats both on and off the water
- Prospect for new customers and follow up with leads
- Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system
- Stay current on product knowledge, features, and accessories
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Represent the dealership at boat shows, events, and community activities
- Deliver a world-class ownership experience that drives referrals and repeat business
