Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - MCS

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) are at the center of that mission. They are responsible for delivering safe, effective, and consistent patient care while helping maintain a professional, accountable, and team-oriented environment.
LPN's at Ivy:
- Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting
- Support clinical operations and workflows

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Patient Care
- Perform assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Respond to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Document care accurately and timely
- Support Clinical Operations
- Maintain efficient patient flow and care delivery
- Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and facility standards
- Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with providers, MCS, and facility staff
- Communicate clearly regarding patient status and needs
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain Safety and Standards
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Navigate a correctional environment with awareness and accountability
- Contribute to Culture
- Model professionalism and respect in all interactions

Job Type: Full time
Shift: 3- 12 hours Shifts
Day shift: 7am to 7pm
Work Location: Bonneville County Jail - In Person
