Requirements:
- Proven Performance: Documented history of $2M–$3M+ in annual HVAC production.
- The "Closer" Mindset: Ability to maintain a 60%+ closing ratio through consultative selling.
- Availability: A-Players show up when the customers need us. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak demand.
- Technical Mastery: Senior-level diagnostic skills for residential systems.
