SAJE Strategic Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Human Resources Director to support a growing healthcare organization operating 9 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an HR professional with strong multi-site experience who can provide direction and oversight across facility HR departments while strengthening compliance, employee engagement, retention, and organizational consistency.

Position Summary
The Corporate Human Resources Director will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership and facility administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to HR teams throughout the organization.
The Director will be responsible for driving corporate HR initiatives, standardizing policies and best practices, maintaining compliance with California employment requirements and healthcare regulations, and supporting efforts to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-quality employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Multi-Site HR Leadership: Oversee and support HR departments across all 9 Skilled Nursing Facility locations.
- HR Team Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing support to facility-level HR managers and staff.
- Employment & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as applicable healthcare regulations.
- Policies & Procedures: Standardize HR policies, procedures, processes, and best practices across facilities to promote consistency throughout the organization.
- Employee Relations: Partner with facility and corporate leadership on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development.
- Recruitment & Retention: Support recruitment strategies designed to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
- Training & Development: Lead professional development and training initiatives for HR staff and leadership teams.
- HR Analytics: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and support informed organizational decision-making.
- Audits & Surveys: Assist facilities with audits, surveys, regulatory inspections, and related compliance activities as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or Skilled Nursing Facility environments.
Multi-Site Leadership: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and support HR operations across multiple locations.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and healthcare compliance requirements.
