Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are specifically looking for RBTs who are willing to work in schools within Horry County. The ideal candidate will work directly with individuals with Autism, implementing behavior management strategies and assisting in the development of care plans. We have opportunities available in both school and clinic settings. You must already have your RBT certification.

Clover Therapy Center has established itself in a variety of schools within Horry County. We have opportunities for school based positions starting in the fall in a variety of areas.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data to monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Provide direct patient care, supporting clients in daily activities while promoting independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required for all school based positions
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Willingness to undergo background check prior to starting employment
- Willingness to become first aid/CPR certified in a timely manner after hiring
Benefits:
- If your client cancels we will attempt to provide you with alternative options (help with making materials, covering other clients, being extra support to your team, cleaning/organizing, etc.). These shifts are paid at your regular hourly rate. There may be occasional situations in which these shifts are not available.
- We are only open Monday-Friday. Our morning sessions are between 8:30-12:30. Our afternoon sessions are between 1-5. No late nights or weekends.
- Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of full time employment.
- Benefits include: Health/Dental (we pay a portion towards your health benefit), 401k with 3% match, accrue PTO, paid federal holidays.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
