Morpho Behavioral Services is a BCBA-owned ABA provider dedicated to helping children with autism reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Clinical Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for families seeking services.
Position Summary
The Clinical Intake Coordinator manages the intake process from the initial inquiry through the start of services. This role is responsible for following up with prospective families, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating with physicians and referral sources, scheduling assessments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new client inquiries and follow up with prospective families.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
- Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and referral sources.
- Schedule assessments and coordinate new client admissions.
- Collect and organize required intake documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
- Healthcare, ABA, or medical office experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with insurance verification is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
