Overview:
The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment Information Technology team is seeking a student employee to provide front-line IT support, assist with service ticket intake and triage, support day-to-day technology operations, and contribute to departmental IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support requests.

Create and triage service tickets received through ticketing system, walk-ins, phone calls, Microsoft Teams, and email.

Gather and document incident and request details for escalation and resolution.

Provide basic technical support for computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Assist with computer deployment, setup, and replacement projects.

Maintain IT inventory and asset records.

Support classroom, conference room, and audiovisual technology.

Assist with Microsoft 365 application support.

Perform other IT-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled student at Auburn University

Interested in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
