What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities):
Leadership & Operations
- Support the General Manager in leading and coaching a team of 15–30 crew members
- Ensure all shift operations meet brand, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the cafe with precision and accountability
- Manage labor and inventory with a sharp eye on costs and efficiency
Guest Experience
- Create a positive, high-energy environment that keeps guests coming back
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Promote menu items, seasonal offers, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue
Team Development
- Train, develop, and mentor new and existing team members
- Foster a fun, inclusive, and motivated workplace culture
- Assist with hiring decisions and performance evaluations
Business Growth
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest areas for improvement
- Implement local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Support daily financial transactions including cash handling and deposit preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in food service or retail management (QSR experience a big plus!)
- Passion for health, wellness, and great customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
