An established and rapidly growing specialty pharmacy is seeking an experienced Specialty Pharmacy Account Executive to join its California sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working with physicians to improve patient access to specialty therapies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, medical groups and healthcare providers throughout your territory.
- Promote specialty pharmacy services across therapeutic areas including Neurology, Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology and other specialty disease states.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling.
- Educate healthcare providers on specialty pharmacy solutions and patient support services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Work closely with pharmacy operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Execute territory sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the business at industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Health Sciences or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of outside pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
- 4+ years of Specialty Pharmacy sales experience
- A current book of business
- Strong knowledge of physician office selling and referral development
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, organised and results-driven
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
