Party Host responsibilities:
- Have good enthusiasm, communication with all age group customers
- Focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions about products or services
- Party room set up and break down
- Guiding guest to their party area
- Ensuring the ordered items are delivered to the host
- Serve the pizza, & ice-cream to the kids and to the guests
- Use good time management to get all the party activities organized
- Volunteer to do birthday special tasks (Parachute, air bubbles, Mascot, Singing bday songs)
- Process sales transactions
- Accept payments
- Work as a team to meet store sales goals
- Handle customer complains
- Maintain clean and tidy party area & store
- Ensure the floor is clean and work well with kids to discipline them
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
