Kool Chevrolet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Grand Rapids.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, our receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a busy environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day office responsibilities.
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department
- Perform basic clerical and administrative duties
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist dealership departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and employees
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system
- Basic computer and office skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a primarily weekday schedule. Occasional Saturday availability is required to help provide coverage as needed.
