Job Summary
As a Team Lead with Mattingly Edge, you’ll help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build meaningful, self-directed lives while leading the team that supports them.
This is more than a supervisory role. You’ll partner directly with 1–3 individuals to understand their goals, develop a vision for their future, and ensure their supports are personalized, effective, and truly meaningful.
Mattingly Edge is Kentucky’s only agency providing exclusively one-on-one supports with no facility-based programs. All services happen in people’s homes and communities.

What You’ll Do
- Take the time to really get to know each person—their strengths, interests, and what sets them up for success
- Help individuals define and pursue an ambitious vision for their future
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Facilitate communication and keep teams aligned through regular meetings
- Support community involvement, relationships, and meaningful roles like employment
- Partner with families and allies
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Advocate for each person’s rights, dignity, and opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or a related field;
- a degree in a related discipline;
- and/or equivalent personal experience supporting people with disabilities.
- Supervisery experience preferred
Any combination of these that demonstrates the required knowledge and competencies will be considered.

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week

Experience:
- Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities-related field: 2 years (Preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- driver's license (Required)
