The Opportunity
This is a structured leadership track designed to develop future managers of financial advisors.
After being hired into the program, you will begin as a Financial Advisor, learning the business firsthand—prospecting, closing, and building a book of clients. After successfully completing the advisor phase (within 12 months), you’ll transition into a Manager of Financial Advisors, where you’ll recruit, coach, and lead a team.
Ideal for entrepreneurial, sales-driven professionals seeking long-term upside and leadership responsibility.
Phase 1: Financial Advisor (6-12 months)
Build the foundation by doing the job yourself.
Responsibilities
· Build your own client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
· Learn consultative selling techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients
· Develop customized financial strategies (investments, retirement, insurance, wealth planning)
· Grow and manage a recurring-revenue book of business
· Conduct client meetings, including discovery of client priorities, objectives, risks and confidently present financial recommendations
· Leverage firm marketing, technology, and coaching to scale your practice
· Progressively take full ownership of your results, income, and growth
Focus: Production success, skill development, and leadership readiness
Phase 2: Manager of Financial Advisors (Year 2+)
Lead, recruit, and scale a team.
Responsibilities
· Recruit, onboard, and develop new advisors
· Train and coach advisors on sales, prospecting, and client development
· Lead by example through continued production
· Drive team performance, accountability, and growth
· Earn leadership overrides and incentives tied to team success
Qualifications
· Master’s Degree OR
· Management experience OR
· Strong sales experience OR
· Prior owner of a business
· The ability to learn how to communicate complex financial concepts to clients
· Comfortable with sales, relationship-building, and accountability
· A proven track record of achievement, prior sales experience, having owned your own business, consulting experience, prior sales management
· Eagerness to learn a new industry or gain depth if currently in the industry
· Professionalism & discipline, having the ability to work both in an office setting and in an individual basis

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
