Energy Solutions and Supplies is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization for our significant growth plans.
Compensation includes base salary, bonus and equity ownership.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth in B2B markets.
- Hire, Lead, motivate, and manage a talented sales team, fostering a high-energy environment focused on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Drive new business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and expanding our customer base through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee key account management activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention through personalized solutions and ongoing support.
- Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales performance metrics, forecast trends, and adjust tactics proactively for optimal results.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Leverage technology sales tools such as CRM to streamline processes, track pipeline activity, and improve overall efficiency in technical sales environments.
- Negotiate complex deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales within B2B environments, particularly in technology or technical sales sectors.
- Demonstrated management experience leading diverse sales teams with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong background in business development, account management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making and performance improvement.
- Expertise in negotiation tactics that close high-value deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage sales activity and forecasting.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in the alternate energy industry (specifically solar and energy storage)
- Minimum 5 years direct sales management of a team of 6 or more sales executives.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Commercial and Industrial Markets
- NABCEP or equivalent certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
