Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards

- Cook dishes as directed by the kitchen supervisor, adhering to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Support food handling processes, including portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours
Skills
- Previous experience in serving or food preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling best practices
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
