Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing kitchen supplies when needed
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
- Follow food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols to uphold health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish turnaround during busy service hours
- Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to sustain a safe and hygienic environment
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
