We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Culinary Team. Uccello’s has a fast paced kitchen offering award winning Italian Family Recipes to our Guests in a relaxed atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccello’s Family and help us continue our growing success.
Job Duties include:
- Knowing and consistently adhering with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
- Handling, storing and rotating all products properly.
- Assisting in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Chef or manager-on-duty.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen
- Availability on weekends (mandatory)
- 2+ years of cooking experience
- Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
