Join our dynamic team as a Loader Operator, where you will play a vital role in supporting our concrete production operations through safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. What You'll Do:

Safely operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes.

Manage raw material inventory by maintaining proper bin levels and ensuring timely material delivery.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Maintain a clean, organized yard and plant area to promote safety and operational efficiency.

Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment.

Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.

Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Physical Demands:

Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.

Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders.

Ability to work primarily outside, with exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather.
