Overview
We are seeking a safe and healthy Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and commitment of mental health practices and a commitment to patient care and ethical delivery of patient care.
Duties
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Experience
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology, medical terminology, and psychotherapy techniques is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Knowledge of clinical counseling practices and research methodologies related to mental health is beneficial.
