We are looking for an Infant Guide/Teacher to join our staff to work with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This is a full-time position with work hours from approximately 8:00 am to 6 pm with a mid-day break.

We are a "work family" so we're looking for individuals interested in staying with us long term. If that's you and you have experience working in a childcare setting or as a nanny and you are open to learning and training in Montessori principles, we invite you to submit your resume and a statement of interest. Requirements:
- Experience in working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old
- NC Early Childhood Credential or willingness to achieve
- Interest in long-term employment
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Willing to learn new skills
- Love and respect infants!
- if no Montessori experience, an online Montessori course is required in the first few weeks of work at your cost, then is refunded to you after 6 months of employment
Preferred:
- Montessori, Reggio, or Waldorf course work or experience
- homeschooled or attended a Montessori
- NC Early Childhood credentials or Associate's in Early Childhood
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Art, Religion, Philosophy, English or Literature
Pay is based on experience/education. To achieve higher rates of pay, opportunities to engage in further education are available at NO COST TO YOU. Bonuses are also offered when applicable.
