Who We Are
We're an award-winning hospitality team in the heart of downtown Camden — three boutique properties, one shared standard: every guest leaves better than they arrived. Overnight, that standard rests on you.
The Schedule
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Friday through Monday. A stable, predictable schedule — you'll always know what your week looks like, and we're counting on you to own it.
What You'll Own
As Night Manager & Auditor, you're the sole leader on-site overnight — part financial controller, part guest advocate, part quiet-hours problem solver. That means:
- Running the full Night Audit through our Property Management System (PMS) — reconciling daily transactions, posting room charges and taxes, and processing credit card payments
- Preparing financial summaries that accurately reflect the hotel's daily performance
- Serving as Manager on Duty overnight — handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and phone reservations with a warm, professional tone
- Resolving guest challenges with discretion and sound judgment, even when you're the only one on-site
- Keeping the lobby clean and welcoming, and pitching in on light laundry or breakfast prep during quiet stretches
- Catching the small stuff before it becomes tomorrow's big problem
Who We're Looking For
More than a résumé, we're looking for a track record:
- Reliable and punctual — you're the face of the hotel overnight, so punctuality and consistency aren't negotiable
- High integrity — you own mistakes, tell the truth, and do the right thing when no one else is around to check your work
- Resourceful — you're comfortable working independently and can think on your feet when something doesn't go to plan
- Detail-oriented — numbers need to balance, and you're the kind of person who double-checks until they do
- A natural communicator — warm, clear, and genuinely good at putting a tired traveler at ease at 2 AM
- Coachable — takes feedback well and gets better fast, without needing to be told twice
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior hotel front desk or basic accounting experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality
