Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: M-F (40 hrs/week)
Wage/Salary:
Paid time off

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
· Keeping the cases for each client organized in our internal communications system
· Provide clients with timely, detailed updates on the status of their claims
· At the direction of our advocates and attorneys, provide guidance to clients to help develop their claims
· Organize files, monitor calendars, meet deadlines, document actions, and identify client needs daily.
· Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
Qualifications:
· Clear Communications skills
· 1-2 years of customer service experience
· Competence in Microsoft word and excel
· Ability to prioritize in a fact paced environment
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
