Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position requires a strong background in HVAC system installations, with service experience considered a major plus. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices.
You will be working on both residential and commercial job sites, with daily travel across Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. A company vehicle will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete system installations including:
- Full cut-in systems (residential/commercial)
- Split system and package unit change-outs
- Spiral and rectangular ductwork installation
- Exhaust fan ducting
- Copper line set runs and brazing
- Evacuation and vacuuming of systems
- Drain and gas line installation
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to job specs
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Collaborate with other technicians and office staff to ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Must have all necessary hand tools (we provide specialty tools like torches and vacuum pumps)
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to travel to job sites daily across Southern California
